SHIPPING

US SHIPPING 
Every order originates in Big Sur, California where your jewelry is made and packaged. Your order will be shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be shared upon shipment, but will not provide details until the package enters the USPS system. Please allow up to 4 days from shipment for tracking updates to appear. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I currently offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and times vary by destination - see checkout page for details. 

PACKAGING
All of my jewelry is carefully packaged for you in a cardboard jewelry box with cotton. Orders are shipped in packaging made 100% from recycled materials

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All jewelry purchased may be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are unworn and undamaged. Please return items, including a copy of your order confirmation email, to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. In the case an item arrived faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. Refunds are issued in the original form of purchase for all items. You will be refunded, less any shipping costs, within 7 days of receipt of the return items.

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

MATERIALS & CARE

METAL
As part of my commitment to environmentally friend practices, I use locally sourced and eco friendly materials, such as Fairmined precious metals, recycled silver, and reclaimed wood.

Since silver is a natural alloy it will gradually tarnish over time with exposure to oxygen and moisture. If you prefer a bright sheen, this effect can be removed with a quick polish. To clean using ingredients you may already have at home, mix lemon juice and baking soda into a paste, rub onto surface with a cloth, then rinse off and buff dry to a shine.

WOOD
To care for your wood jewelry, please avoid exposure to moisture. Specifically, keep your jewelry away from water, lotion, and perfume.
